Powerful Homes was founded by Matt Guarino, a self-made real estate investor who has successfully bought and sold over $300 million worth of real estate over the last 30 years. Matt has a passion for investing in value-add opportunities in residential and commercial real estate in the Denver and Salt Lake City markets and is personally and professionally invested in the mission of empowering others through home ownership.
